• Sublimation prints on polyester only, and only on light grounds. If you want a dark jersey with a light print, you are printing, not sublimating, and the cost and the hand both change — decide before you quote.
• The mesh panel must be the same shrinkage as the body or the side seam ropes after washing. Ask for a wash test on the made-up panel, not on the two fabrics separately.
• Numbers and names are a separate cost line. Get the factory to quote blank and decorated separately so you can see what the decoration actually costs.
• Front print area: 28 x 22 cm, clear of the mesh panels on both sides.
